Preparing a feasibility study with class D estimates means developing the project in theory including identifying potential pitfalls and areas of additional cost. This process can be included into a final design if you determine that you wish to proceed.

Many clients are looking for help with contractors. Asking for a design idea that they can bring to design builders for negotiation and implementation. We provide an assessment of your home and the needs and processes you will need to undertake in a building or renovation project.

Our experience is extensive in large to smaller renovation projects as well as the needs behind person-centred design. If you are looking for design support in these areas, we are available to work on larger multi-disciplinary teams or to advise individual families.

We are an architectural practice. We are able to partner with larger teams in service towards achieving larger project goals, or work independently for our clients on a personal scale.
